The Fault Detection module is the final piece of the Confideo Evolve Ecosystem:

1. Detect

Identifies a dip in performance or a hard failure.

2. Analyse

Using our network inventory data, the system performs an impact analysis.

3. Mobilise

Confideo OSS creates a fault ticket and assigns it to an engineer.

4. Restore

The engineer uses Confideo Bridge Server to re-provision or reset the service.

5. Verify

The module runs a final diagnostic trace to confirm the “Success” state.

6. Confirm

Get a customer signed document confirming the success.
